310 North Creek: Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis

Positive: The location is great, and the condo is pet-friendly. There are also great additional amenities, including a pool and tennis court. The property is peaceful and quiet, and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, including towels, soap, and shampoo. Negative: The beds are quite old and squeak loudly whenever you move, which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Positive: Distance from the main Village to many local beaches and cafes was perfect for smaller day trips. It was also great havibg access to the local shuttle service.

Where to start. We were here for a total of 19 days as we had a fire at our home, and needed emergency lodging. That said…The pullout couch was definitely not an option for us, the couch itself was sagging in the middle, and I can’t imagine what it looked like, but based on the smell, probably gross. The queen bed downstairs was noisy and uncomfortable. The queen bed upstairs wasn’t any better, we could feel the springs,( even though we slept on top of all the comforters in the place) and were forced to sleep in the middle of the bed, because that’s where it put us, in the big sagging crevice. The 4 slice toaster was capable of making one piece of toast. All the knives were dull and broken. There was a broom, but it was broken off at the bottom, so no handle. The kettle was green and brown inside. Cobwebs, stained walls from maybe champagne?! And No hot water in the kitchen to do the dishes that were still dirty after 2 rounds in the dishwasher. And the small deck was rotten and green from moisture.Would definitely NOT recommend.
