Nice house with n lots of room. The hot tub was great however the following issues were observed:•The flooring throughout the unit is in poor condition, with large gaps in the LVP flooring and numerous soft, hollow spots that feel unstable when walking. This presents a potential safety hazard.•Three interior doors do not latch or close properly, affecting both privacy and functionality within the unit.•The pull-out couch was dirty and unsanitary, containing visible food crumbs. In addition, it was broken and could not be used when we attempted to open it.•The kitchen table and chairs are extremely wobbly and unstable, making them unsafe for regular use.•When the furnace turns on, the entire main floor vibrates noticeably, which is both disruptive and concerning from a structural and mechanical standpoint.

Great location and house felt homey

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Property Valet was very good to work with. Kitchen was well equipped.

Clean. Organized kitchen with lots of amenities. Great hot tub. Beautifully decorated. We all loved the home. Thank you!
