The property was exquisite - clean, spacious and easy to get to mountain. There was a slight delay at check-in which had me nervous that the reservation wasn’t valid but VRBO was able to contact property manager and smooth everything out, Aside from that, the rental company was easy to communicate with as we needed a replacement remote. Highly recommend - fabulous stay for a large group.

We rented a specific house for 13 persons. The house was the main pole of attraction for which we chose to visit Tremblant. On the day of arrival, and while half of the group was already in Canada, we were notified (in a rather blunt way) that the house was unavailable due to "pipe damage". We were offered the following alternatives, all of which showed poor judgment by the management company:1. Full reimbursement (obviously impossible as half of the group was literally outside the rental's door)2. A smaller condo (obviously impossible because it did not have enough beds and baths for 13 people)3. Two even smaller condos (which in total had less bedrooms and less bathrooms than the original house).As a result two couples found last-minute rooms in nearby hotels, and the rest were spread across two small condos. The whole point of our get-together vacation was ruined. Problems happen and we understand. What we did not understand was:a) The lack of true effort to resolve the problem (we were constantly told "this is the best we can do", only to do something more after we pressed)b) The lack of adequate explanation (how come a big company that manages dozens of rentals cannot find a plumber - was it the first time that pipes broke in Canada?)c) The compounding errors, which added insult to injury (address of condos was given wrong, wifi password given wrong, etc)On a good side, we received a partial refund but only after we pushed (not voluntarily, as it should have bee

We absolutely love this property! Ice machine was broken though and it would have been nice to have known. We are hoping to book again for next year!
