We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The unit all beautifully renovated, very clean, cozy, and incredibly well-thought-out. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was very responsive. The location right downtown is perfect!We only have a couple of minor notes for future guests and the host: the kitchen stove could really use an exhaust fan, and the window blinds are quite tricky to operate because of a hard plastic safety cover blocking the cord.Additionally, future guests should note that the main entrance involves a flight of stairs that are quite steeply inclined. The building does not have an elevator or ramp, so it is not accessible if you have severe mobility limitations. We traveled with my 86-year-old mother who has a bad knee; we managed to get her up and down safely by going very slowly, but it is something to keep in mind. Lastly, it would be an incredible addition to the property if the upper terrace overlooking the street could be made available to guests in the future!Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this lovely downtown gem!

This is a large modern, comfy setting right in the centre of Collingwood. Everything needed was available in the unit and there was plenty of room to spread out. The deck planned was not yet open, and we were sorry not to have had that. It would have been lovely to sit outside overlooking the street in the evening. The unit is quite new and needed some finishing touches like towel hooks in the ensuite and clothing hooks in the bedrooms. Maybe full length mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful, too. It was great to have the ability to adjust temperature in each room individually.

We had an amazing time here. Everything was so clean and well furnished. You can comfortably sleep 8 people here. We had a great stay!

Location was great! Only one free parking spot but we only had to pay for parking friday afternoon/early evening, the weekend is free. So close to everything you would need and a quick drive to Blue Mountain. Apartment is large, beds and couch were very comfortable, and lots of room for everyone. Only complaint we had was some small issues with cleanliness. Had a shower and when I opened the towel a clump of hair fell out of the "clean" towel. Opened the 2nd towel available in the main bedroom and found the same. Clearly it was washed and dried but whoever folded the towel somehow didn't see the clumps of hair. There was also food in the fridge when we arrived including milk, veggies, and someones takeout container. We were told we had to take all garbage with us but clearly the fridge wasn't cleaned out before us. Other then those two complaints the place was very clean and we enjoued or stay! Would recommend to friends and would stay again.
